03.) You do not need a website to join, but if you have one and want it listed, you must link back here using a code or other means. If you don't link back somehow, your site will not be added.
04.) If you join with a site, please link BEFORE you join. So many don't have the link up when I check. This makes life so much easier than checking to look afterward.
